Chef Dan Reynolds began his career in 1988 in Sarasota, Florida. He moved to Shreveport, Louisiana in 1992 where he worked for two acclaimed Italian chefs and was eventually made Chef de Cuisine of one of their restaurants. After six years there, Chef Dan left to take over as Executive Chef for Boomtown Casino and Resorts. While there he oversaw all aspects of their culinary operations and won several first place awards in local competitions. He also organized and successfully managed banquets up too 500 people. During his career he has done high volume, elite catering, ice carvings, and “down-home style buffets and banquets.
